Dr. Guillermo D. Márquez, graduated from the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosi in 1988. He completed his internship at Cook County Hospital and Norwegian American Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Márquez trained in General Surgery at Columbus Hospital in Chicago, Illinois and Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park, New York. He moved to McAllen in 1996, where he has been in private practice. Dr. Márquez performs his surgeries at both Mission Regional Medical Center and Harlingen Medical Center .

Dr. Jesus E. Villarreal graduated from theUniversity of Texas-Medical Branch in Galveston in 2009. He completed his 5year surgery residency at Mercer University School of Medicine Medical Centerof Central Georgia. Dr. Villarreal also trained at the University of SouthCarolina, School of Medicine Greenville Health System where he specialized incomplex hernia management and minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Villarreal returned to the Rio Grande Valley in 2015 to serve the community he grew up in. 

Dr. Villarreal performs his surgeries at Mission Regional Medical Center, Harlingen Medical Center  and Rio Grande Regional Hospital.

Dr. Arturo Torices graduated from Universidad Anáhuac in Mexico City, where he earned his medical degree. He completed his General Surgery residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens, affiliated with Weill Cornell Medicine, in New York. Dr. Torices then completed fellowship training in Minimally Invasive and Bariatric Surgery at Jefferson Abington Hospital in Pennsylvania. Dr. Torices is Board Certified in General Surgery and provides a broad range of general surgical care, including minimally invasive and robotic surgery.

Dr. Torices performs surgery at Mission Regional Medical Center, Rio Grande Regional Hospital, and Harlingen Medical Center.
